This treatment is intended to keep the patient’s complete dentures from moving. The most common case is the lower complete prosthesis, which due to the resorption of the maxilla and the movement of the tongue these cannot be subjected. It also allows us to do it in upper prostheses that would be more comfortable when not wearing a palate.

In this case the head of the implants is formed by a ball (male) on which it fits with some rings (female) located in the prosthesis, making the effect of button pressure.

The removable prosthesis rests on a rod that is screwed onto the implants, being fixed. And the prosthesis, it carries in its lower part a few clicks that are inserted in the bar. These clicks will be given over time and you have to change them.
